Whether you are new to Real Estate and are looking for the best training in the industry, or have been selling for years and desire to take your career to the next level, our aggressive lead generations systems, extensive administrative, marketing and sales support, cutting-edge technologies and energetic team environment are just some of the tools we provide to help YOU succeed!

Responsibilities

  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers for continual increase in your sales
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases for clients in order to facilitate smooth and accurate transactions
  • Learn from other agents so you can develop a successful and long-term career
  • Provide mortgage options to clients that are within their budgets in order to close more transactions
  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year in order to effectively increase your client base

Qualifications

  • Be customer focused with a positive attitude
  • Represent your clients’ needs and desires to the best of your ability
  • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
  • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review
